Visuals more powerful than Xbox 360 and PS3?

Rumours are rife about Project Cafe (later found to be called the Nintendo Wii U). As well as hardware more powerful than that of the xbox 360 and PS3, a number of sources are reporting the new console could include a motion controller with touch screen and will be backwards compatible.

What this means is that Project Cafe could have stunning HD visuals, Blu-ray capabilities and a controller with a six-inch touch screen display potentially capable of 720p HD visuals, twin analogue sticks and a camera.
