Xbox Live Gold has evolved into Game Pass Core, offering you an unparalleled gaming journey. Xbox Game Pass Core gives players access to the online console multiplayer network, a select collection of over 25 high-quality games to play with friends around the world plus special member deals.

If you were previously an Xbox Live Gold member, your membership automatically transitioned to Xbox Game Pass Core. Games with Gold has been discontinued, but you will still be able to access any games you redeemed in the past through Games with Gold as long as you are a current Game Pass Core or Game Pass Ultimate member.

Load a web browser and go to this address: https://redeem.microsoft.com/enter
Sign in with your Microsoft account credentials.

On your PC, press the Start button , then select Xbox Console Companion from the list of apps.
Make sure you're signed in with the account that you want to redeem the code with. If you need to sign in with a different account, select the Gamertag picture on the left navigation bar, then select Sign out and sign in with the correct account.
Select Microsoft Store from the left navigation bar, then select Redeem a code.
