Xbox One No Headset in Box

Microsoft have confirmed that the Xbox One will not ship with a headset but will be available separately in stores at launch.
In a statement issued to Ars Technica, microsoft justified their decision not to include the headsets in the release box because they want to encourage the use of the voice inputs available through the use of the Kinect’s in built microphone.
“Xbox One does not include a pack-in headset accessory. Each Xbox One includes the new Kinect sensor, with a highly sensitive multi-array microphones designed to enable voice inputs and chat as a system-level capability, both in-game and with Skype and other experiences. For gamers who prefer a headset, we have a variety of offerings that you can find on the Xbox Wire.”
Also, the headsets that you probably are using with your Xbox 360 currently WILL NOT be compatible with the new Xbox One controllers as the new controller has a different headset port.
For myself, the kinect voice control isn’t really a suitable fit. I have an insanely noisy home so would have to invest in a headset for sure. Do you have a similar problem & should the headset be in the Xbox one bundle?
