What is Cloud Storage?

Cloud Storage is becoming the trend if your still unsure what is actually is let us explain. It is quite simply an off-site storage system that is maintained by a third-party. Instead of storing information locally on a computers hard drive you save to a remote database that the internet provides a connection to and the means of transfer.

Cloud storage has a number of advantages, such as because your data is stored on the cloud you can access it from any location where you can gain internet access, so you don’t have to carry a usb stick to a friends house say to play your saved game files.
