Our Favourite Battlefield Moments

By On 19th October, 2016

One of the most anticipated games of the year, Battlefield 1, hits store shelves this week and we have already got our fingers crossed that it breaks 2016’s ‘hype curse’.

What do we mean? Well, up-to-yet, we’re hard-pressed to think of a game released this year that lived up to its hype. The Division? Flop. ReCore? Meh. No Man’s Sky? ………

Too much hype

Make no mistake, there is a lot of hype surrounding Battlefield 1. With over 2 million likes, it is the most liked trailer across movies, TV and games in YouTube history and the 128th most liked video on YouTube.

We’ve already seen some epic moments in the open beta and we can’t wait to see even more in the coming months but to keep us going until then, we decided to put a list together of our favourite Battlefield moments across the entire franchise.

E.T.A 5 minutes to bedtime boys

With games getting more immersive than ever, it isn’t hard to see why some people get a little carried away.

We aren’t quite sure if StoneMountain64 is in the military or not, but if he isn’t, he should be.

I love it when a plan comes together

Better than the opening scenes of the A-Team, this is how you deal with enemy hostiles on your six.

Guns are for show, knives are for pros

This clip, from Battlefield Hardline, just goes to show that you don’t always need bullets to get the job done.

Respect my orders soldier

Another one from StoneMountain64. We seriously hope he continues these videos for Battlefield 1.

In this video, the player manages to score 40 kills in the space of 8 minutes. That’s an impressive feat. Hopefully, we won’t come up against him in Battlefield 1.
